How can I care for my jewellery?
Each package will come with a jewellery care card so please follow the instructions on there to keep your jewellery looking fresh for as long as possible. Each purchase also comes with a cloth to clean your jewellery when you need to. As most items are gold plated, do not use any cleaning solutions on the jewellery.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that we are not liable for any delivery issues, such as loss, delay or damage that may occur during transit.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. After that, we will not be able to cancel your order or make any changes so please ensure everything is correct including delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
